To have an account in a social websites you must have 14 years, but a lot of people they lie saying that they have more than 14 when they still have less than 14
In my opinion to have a tuenti or facebook account is very good, but from one age over, because mature people use it to communicate with other people or to comment things, however, people that are still a child they use it to say thing that they are not able to say it face to face.
It's true that its free and that you can speak to your friends while you are at home but people see how you are when you are not conscious of that, so be careful and think it twice before you make an account in tuenti or facebook.
